Since the first Ronald McDonald House in South Dakota opened in 1983, we've welcomed families from every county in South Dakota, surrounding states, and even internationally. Because when a child needs care far from home, their family shouldn't have to face it alone. Over 21,600 families have stayed more than 156,400 nights with us.
